All the Afghan issues are analyzed, judged and decisions made with the Islamic Hanafi Fiqqah, The Afghanistan Constitution and according to the Human Rights. If Dostam’s action is analyzed and judged in any of these systems, he will not only not be the First Vice President of Afghanistan or Ashraf Ghani, instead the Qaza of Afghanistan will judge him, put him behind the very strict bars and be executed (Idaam) or at least lifetime in prison very soon. He is a shame for the governments all over the world and a shame for the Afghan people with their clear Islamic and Afghan rules. I can say this is a big exam for President Ashraf Ghani. If he can not take care of this wild and mad man, then he will not be able to do any big good things for Afghanistan and as a result will not enjoy being as president of the country.
I very much agree with the comment of MHA that he will flee to Turkey or be back and forth between Jawzjan of Afghanistan and Turkey.
